I never had a problem with this restaurant.Ive been there ,It's Very clean ,the staff is very pleasant ,normally the food is very well prepared and taste delicious.I was surprised this order was over cooked .First time that every happen .Due to their reputation and my pass experience with them I would still buy from this restaurant.Nobody's perfect Everybody has at least one off day.Better over cooked than half cooke... Crispy chicken shouldn't be soggy ....had to put in my air fryer
