During my trip to Bristol, I found the best cafe in town. The staff, especially the lady who assisted me, were incredibly kind and helpful. I was able to customize my order from the menu, and I'm so glad I did. I tried the scrambled eggs, baps, hot chocolate, and croissants, and they were all delicious. What SouthendEnthusiast doesn't like about Penfold's Kitchen:
I've eaten here before and enjoyed the soup and the outdoor seating area downstairs. I was tired and hungry so popped in for a drink and something to eat. I paid by phone and only afterwards realised I'd paid £8.80 for a cup of tea and an egg roll to eat in. The egg roll was £6.50... and going dry and turning stale at 3.30pm. If I hadn't been so hungry and near the end of their day (closes 4pm), I'd have sent it back... View all feedback.
