Nestled near Clifton Downs, this café offers a mixed experience for visitors. Many appreciate the varied, freshly prepared menu and exceptional coffee, making it a local favorite for brunch. However, some guests report issues with service, noting abrupt staff interactions and a lack of warmth. While dishes like the chicken casserole and brunch specials receive praise, particular items have been criticized for quality, leaving some diners dissatisfied. Despite the charming atmosphere and commendable offerings, occasional lapses in customer service seem to detract from an otherwise promising experience, raising questions about whether this hidden gem can maintain its appeal.

What TheRedRabbit doesn't like about Caffe Arabica:
Well priced and they’re quick with service quick to serve you and quick to take your cup away, even before you’ve finished and the place is empty! I was also told to sit at a different table as it was booked for 10, but no one turned up by the time I Left 10:45! I think overall, the staff could polish up on charm and warmth. stop seeing !
