Hayley, who was our functions co-ordination, answered all our questions and was very accomodating to our specific requests, nothing was too hard and she provided us with options that would work for us. What Kennedi Willms doesn't like about Darling and Co:
I made a booking, guests got there and 'somehow' it wasn't recorded. Despite having spoken to the staff-member at length at the time of the booking about the seating and what time we had to be out, it was (according to the manager) my fault because I didn't call back to confirm before we arrived. Guests were forced to run around last minute and find somewhere to eat. Worst part was no apology was made. View all feedback.
