This review is just on the Back Bay Grill and Bar. If I could give it zero stars I would. Me and my Aunt waited to be seated 15 minutes. Lots of open tables, lots of staff behind the bar. No hostess in sight. So after 15 minutes a bartender goes back into the side room and asks if they are running a waitlist.
