First off, service is absolutely stellar! Never felt ignored or undeserved. My burger however left a lot to be desired. I ordered 'medium ' and it came out charred to a crispy and bitter black with a grey and dry interior. No amount of cheese or sauce could save it. $14 for it and fries cost extra.
