No drive-in, but one of the few Panera locations that actually gave me extra cheese (or any cheese at all) on my French onion soup when I asked for it. Smoothies were silky smooth and the bakery was presented well. They seemed short-staffed the day we went in but were very kind and served us well even when we needed to correct an error on our order. Everything was fine, but all I can say is Educate the front staff, the person that works the register!!!!! You need to be able to describe is being served! Especially the new Hot Bowl.
