A coworker suggested this restaurant for its soups on a chilly day, and I’m glad I took their advice. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and quickly seated. I understand that many places are facing staffing shortages, and I’ve come to terms with the fact that at El Taco Loco, a wait of at least an hour is to be expected. However, what I do find unacceptable is waiting over an hour for my food only to receive an order with undercooked pork chops and another that was still cold, as if it had just been taken out of the fridge and poorly microwaved.
