What Megan Will doesn't like about El Charro:
Servers taking your card and walking away for 10 minutes before returning and having selected the tip on hand held pay before bringing to your table. We then call to ask questions and get told we’re apparently too ignorant to know how that works. Shame on the staff for doing this. Happened to multiple people on the evening of 4/26 with incorrect amounts being charged to their cards. View all feedback.
