I placed an order yesterday and was left feeling disappointed. However, I must commend the owners for taking responsibility; they offered me a complimentary meal today, and it completely changed my perception. When I returned the incorrect food, I overheard staff talking about me behind the counter, claiming I wasn't answering my phone. At this point, I just wanted a receipt for a refund. I've always ordered from this place without any issues in the past, but the way they handled this situation was incredibly frustrating as a customer.
