We've lived in Southington for over 2 years and just recently tried the Hen House a few weeks ago. My husband got a regular fried chicken sandwich. I got the mild Buffalo fried chicken sandwich. It was very mild but tasty. Next time I'll try something just a tad more spicy. I thought the fries were decent (and we ordered take out so everything wasn't piping hot as if we dined in). This is our first time here with the new owners. We are very disappointed. The chicken was dry and over cooked. I should have known something was up when I drove up the place was empty and mine was the only order on the counter. We loved the old Hen House. We won't be going back. So sad. View all feedback.
