Excuse me. I didn't eat bad, but catering is another thing, I think. The dishes proposed are classic, but from what has come I doubt that we are put in quality. After a mixed appetizer of meats, which does not text, I tried a risotto with porcini mushrooms... enough, to stay wide (at least for cooking)... but it is really paradoxical to see carrots thrown there to adorn, as well as ketchup on board dishes.
