Next, the staff look miserable, instead of assisting folks or covering fitting rooms they appear to be standing around gassing, I worked for Next 852 years ago, In the Midlands, What has happened in this store? So un appealing, staff really don't seem bothered anymore, such a shame, it's a good brand, I'm sure Simon Wolfson would be chuffed at this scathing review View all feedback.
