The Little Saigon restaurant in Bremen is an absolute must for fans of Vietnamese cuisine! I was particularly impressed by the beef pho the noodles were perfectly prepared, pleasantly al dente and harmonized wonderfully with the aromatic broth and fresh herbs. Based on earlier reviews, I sought out this place for it's highly recommended Pho. What a disappointment. I could do better with beef bouillon. And there were pieces of liver in my bowl. My wife was happy with her crispy pork spring rolls with veg and rice noodle. View all feedback.
