We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The view was fantastic, and the Japanese chef owners truly impressed us with their culinary skills. The food was mediocre, but the service left much to be desired, especially since we dined before closing time. The atmosphere felt quite dreary. Overall, the place is overpriced for what it offers. The waitress was busy cleaning and eating while taking our order. Even though we were just two adults, they included a mandatory 22% gratuity.
