Excited to try this place I made my way there on a Sunday after a run. The staff is definitely nice and attentive but the shake I tried, the warrior, was just ok. I make more delicious shakes with better macros at home myself! There was another similar shop to this which closed down years ago, I was hoping for protein lab to be a replacement for me but didn't turn out to be the case. I recommend getting a frozen yogu...
