She is incredibly attentive to customers' needs, always with a smile on her face, and is a key reason for the success of this location. Worst customer service ever! The owner of this restaurant needs to FIRE the manager! The manager clearly doesn't care about properly training newly hired staff and is ambivalent about staff who sport bad attitudes towards the customer.
