Vurderingen er klart på baggrund af den flinke betjening. For som alle steder vi prøvede i Braunlage, så er gastronomien ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Men hos Pianobar var der rigtig fin betjening, maden kommer i kæmpe portioner og de grillede kødet rigtig fint. Men garnituren var simpelthen for kedelig.
