Echo blends inventive drinks, generous upscale-American pub fare and a quirky, vibrant atmosphere with a lively patio and bar—perfect for dates or pre-theater bites. Standouts include fried calamari, seared salmon, risotto and thoughtful vegetarian choices. However, inconsistent service—understaffing, rushed hosts, long waits and occasional presentation or temperature issues—can undermine the experience. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Don't miss this restaurant. I highly recommend it. Great staff, good vibes, great pizzas, steaks and small plates. A comfortable place to relax and enjoy a really good meal.
Let me start by saying that if you're not a local, you should think carefully before coming here. I arrived at 7:25 PM and was told there were no tables available, despite noticing three empty ones. I was asked to wait in a bar area and enjoy a cocktail, along with a bottle of Pellegrino and some cauliflower bites, which were heavily breaded and slightly greasy. After waiting for 40 minutes and watching several groups being seated ahead of me, I decided to inform the staff that if I couldn't get a table, I'd be leaving. Miraculously, a table suddenly became available. For my meal, I ordered the beet and apple salad, which was absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of my experience, aside from the bottle of wine (Côtes du Rhône). For my main course, I chose the chicken and bacon Alfredo but opted for zoodles instead of pasta. Unfortunately, the zoodles weren’t drained properly, making the sauce excessively watery. I also ordered some garlic bread, which turned out to be lovely toasted brioche. While trying to enjoy my meal, I felt rushed to finish, so I decided to take the flourless chocolate torte to go. I'm here for work and will be in the area for a few months. If you don’t want my business, please be upfront about it — I'd happily take my patronage elsewhere.

First time here and the atmosphere was electric! Perfect little spot to get a quick bite before going to the movies at Latchis Theater! I ordered the VT Cheeseburger with Bacon and a side Salad. Unfortunately it was so delicious and full of flavor, Iwasn't able to capture a picture of my entrée, not to mention it was very filling!! I didn't notice at first but I guess youneed a reservation, however they were very accommodating since I was by myself. Bartenders and staff were awesome! Would highlyrecommend this spot for sure!! Great prices and delicious!
Our meals were delicious... our waitress suggestions were spot on. Service very good and restaurant bar were hopping. Will definitely come again.
