I never really enjoyed Dieucks before, and now I understand why. I never doubted their instincts. When I went there to get a drink, they completely messed it up, but then offered me a free one. When I returned the next day to redeem it, they seemed to have forgotten about it as I had to ask twice. Not cool. The servers need to listen and give customers what they want.
