Met up with an old friend while I was in town and he suggested Everest as the best Indian restaurant in town. It looks like they simply took over a restaurant, threw up a minimal number of decorations. Nothing that really says Everest . So, definitely not for the atmosphere. While the food here was certainly good, it was sort of average. The chicken tikka masala was too salty. The onion bhajia was OK, but not crispy enough.
