Was James M at Proof Lounge At The Hilton Promenade a mag?
It was a quick getaway, but unfortunately, it went by too quickly! I loved the location and the staff were fantastic. The only minor issue was with the keycard a couple of times, but they resolved it promptly. View all feedback.
What Gary K dislikes about Proof Lounge At The Hilton Promenade:
After wandering around the shops with my friend, I decided to refresh the app, and suddenly saw that a room was available. However, it wasn't the one I had originally chosen, and once again, I hadn't received any notification.

We are currently spending our third night here for the Branson Car Auction, which takes place in the convention center connected to this hotel.
I used the Hilton app to check in and choose my room. I suggested that my check-in time be set for 4 PM, which is when the hotel begins allowing check-ins. I was informed of the process.
This is my favorite hotel in Branson. It's much more beautiful than its sister hotel, the Myer Hilton at Branson Landing. This hotel is cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing, and has a great atmosphere.
After wandering around the shops with my friend, I decided to refresh the app, and suddenly saw that a room was available. However, it wasn't the one I had originally chosen, and once again, I hadn't received any notification. When I finally entered the room, I found it wasn't very clean. The wastebaskets hadn’t been fully emptied, and despite having multiple windows and a patio, the room felt quite dark. The furniture looked outdated, and the only available charging options were the old-style prongs, rather than modern plug-ins. Given the hotel's price, the parking fees, and its many rooms, I expected much better quality. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from a Starbucks!
I visited for Valentine's weekend and was thoroughly disappointed. As a diamond member, I expected more but felt let down. There was no option for early check-in or late check-out. The room I requested was unavailable because they hadn't cleaned it yet. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They also charged for every little thing, and it's the only hotel where you can't borrow a luggage cart. Parking was inconvenient and quite a distance away. The restaurant was fully booked, and I couldn't make a reservation because they didn’t answer the phone, nor was the front desk any help. I ended up having to order room service since there were no other options available. The rooms were decent but nothing exceptional, definitely not worth the $700 total I paid for one night. I won't be returning.
