I had two not so good experiences here awhile back but the owner called me and made sure I was ok and that she was so sorry about what happened. So I'm changing my review to 5 stars. She was very sweet and love their ice cream! Had to go back when ever I'm in Branson. View all feedback.
What Kendra Harrington doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
One server was rude, other very new and nervous. She had no idea what ingredients go in. Messed up our orders and just shoveled ice cream on top to fill bowl, her coworker didn't help at all. Felt awful for the new girl.. Terrible customer service from the other employee. Will not return. View all feedback.
The young ladies were AWESOME!! Very friendly and good singers. Tip them and see what happens.
