Pretty disappointed. I've heard good things about chatime but my first experience was drastically underwhelming. More ice than anything....even beating Starbucks ice levels (which is a hard thing to beat lol). Brown sugar pearls lack an authentic brown sugar taste and the milk tea is sad. Probably won't be going back, I would recommend kung fu tea any day over chatime. View all feedback.
