Barnes Noble - Braintree

What Michael H likes about Barnes Noble:
They serve the best chili I've ever had! I really wish they'd offer it more frequently. I've never encountered a chili that I enjoy as much! I'm also a big fan of Starbucks, especially their Frappuccinos. When they have the chestnut praline flavor available—typically later in the year—it's fantastic. The experience was truly disappointing. The staff not only lacks competence but can also be quite rude. I'm baffled by how they manage to hire such individuals. In contrast, the employees at Barnes and Noble are fantastic. We've experienced multiple occasions where the staff seemed annoyed by our presence when simply placing an order, and on top of that, our drinks were made incorrectly—completely unpalatable.
