extremely rude. they left 8 people standing in the line and ignored them all for at least 10 minutes, I literally had to apologise me at least 5 times before they made eye contact and then continue trying to ignore me while I asked if they command in themselves, hardly got a node no, and then the dude went away as no one stood there. apparently it is really hard to be polite and to recognize costumes.
