It's a solid fast food spot with burgers that are superior to many others.
Walked in there today they had a limited menu..I wanted a chicken club. No. Bbq chicken no..it was ez I walk across the street to mc Donalds..f÷ hardee 's
The customer service was excellent, and the food was fresh and served hot! I'll definitely return when I'm in the area. It seems like there is new management or something similar because a couple of years ago, the experience was not great. Kudos on the improvements! As for parking, there's plenty of space available.
I was next in line with six people waiting to order ahead of me, but the staff refused to take my order because the last customer had a large one. They seemed focused solely on fulfilling that order before attending to anyone else, while the drive-thru was still taking orders. If this is how you maintain good customer service ratings, then you’re doing it wrong. If I were a secret shopper, you would have definitely failed, Sara! It’s a disappointing reason not to assist a paying customer.
