Our server was very attentive to our needs. We just went to Pagliai and the food was ready for the service. The salad bar was full, soups were on and pizza was ready. This was my second time here. First time I was not impressed as the bread sticks were hard and the pizza had been sitting out for a bit. This time the pizza was fresh, however the chili was barely room temp. We had to request that they reheat it in the back and was told they'd look into why the crock wasn't warm. View all feedback.
