This restaurant is a beautiful Sunday find. The food is tasty, hot, and there are many options to choose from. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be returning, especially since it's just a short walk away from home, so I can enjoy a glass of wine without having to worry about driving. Highly recommended. View all feedback.
This traditional hotel may be a bit dated, but it is still a good choice. The price is fair, the location is great and easy to find, and all the staff were friendly. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic amenities. However, the breakfast was the only downside. The food was not the best and the utensils and glasses at the buffet were not very clean. Despite this, the staff were still wonderful. Don't let the breakfast deter you from staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of other breakfast options nearby. Choose this hotel for its convenient location, as it is close to everything.

Very centrally located and a short walk from the town. Quite a grand place both in an out. The foyer and public areas are very well furnished as are the rooms. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was modern and well equipped. We quite happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel at the price we paid.
Nice rooms everything you want in the rooms, super beds, clean and tidy. Food excellent, drinks not overcharged.staff excellent everything clean and tidy.near to bus station .a bit of a hill to hotel from buses, shops close by.a large park close by,and a nice walk through the park to the pier and beach. We have just had a week holiday at the Norfolk Royale and had a great time
Booked an afternoon tea here for 16 people on my hen party. The food was lovely and served nicely. The serving staff were polite and helpful without being overbearing. I would say the hotel could do with a spruce up but I heard they will be closing for a refurb under the new owners. I hope they keep the art deco feel to the place. Well located for a trip to Bournemouth.
