The food was really good. The paninis were the best I've had in a long time. The service staff was super attentive, they all had smiles, super happy to be there. Met one of the owners, REALLY nice person. The prices are reasonable. Why 4? There was no extractor and I ended up smelling like my lunch for the rest of the afternoon. But, that's *my* pet peeve.
