I stopped by Arby's drive-thru for lunch around noon and was served in under 10 minutes, which was perfect for me to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed. They definitely earn high marks for efficiency. The food was what you'd expect from a fast-food menu—not exceptional, but definitely not bad either.
It seems they ran out of cheddar sauce. Our Beef 'n Cheddars came with just a slice of cheddar, which was okay, but we ordered and paid for two sides of cheese sauce that never arrived. The least they could have done was either include something else or adjust our order.
The remodeling has been done beautifully. There's a renewed sense of pride evident in the overall ambiance, food presentation, and service. The staff is friendly, although they occasionally struggle with language.
