I used to say I ran on dunkin. I would stop at dunkin at least 1x a day. But now that they changed their rewards program and really screwed the loyal customers like me. I don't stop every morning now. I'm stopping at wawa or quick check or I'm making at home or work. The dunkin I would frequent the most are great people and great service. I can't take anything from them it is just the CORPORATE greed! View all feedback.
This location is in amazing decline. Service is awful and the place is dirty. Last 3 visits, each one was worse than the last. Will not go back.
This experience has truly convinced me that I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’ anymore. Every time I place a mobile order, they make me wait at least 10 minutes before telling me they don’t have what I ordered, which is so frustrating. Today was no different, and I ended up being late for work because of it, even though I ordered 10 minutes in advance. On another occasion, I ordered a peppermint mocha iced latte, and after waiting in the pick-up line for five minutes, the employee asked me to repeat my order. He walked away before I could finish and ended up giving me a caramel latte instead. When I pointed out that it wasn’t what I ordered, he insisted it was a peppermint mocha. After taking a sip, I realized it was not right, and before I could say anything, he claimed he had added the syrup. Instead of remaking it, he just dumped peppermint mocha syrup into the caramel latte. There always seems to be an issue at this location. They really need to improve their service. I won't be coming back for a long time.
Duncan's coffee, hash browns, and donuts are my favorites. I also love the casual atmosphere, reminiscent of coffee shops.
The service is good, but the food isn't always fresh. You need to arrive early to get the best options.
