Was Jim Morrison at Kt's Bbq a mag?
I have been a KT's devotee for years so am more than slightly biased. The food is excellent and the staff friendly. I highly recommend getting a June bowl, think of it as a BBQ parfait. Also, if you get the ribs, you have to try at least one unsauced. It is a true testament to the quality that you do not need to try to cover up or add taste to the meat. I ordered a pound of beef brisket with BBQ sauce, but today it was overcooked and very dry. I can't understand why they would serve something like this. I've ordered from the Arapahoe location three times before, and this is the first time I've encountered such poor quality brisket.
