Despite dealing with rude, entitled, and difficult customers, being short-staffed, and facing equipment failures, the staff here do an outstanding job of keeping the store running smoothly. I prefer to visit early to grab my favorite doughnuts, as many of them are sold out by noon. What J dislikes about Dunkin':
Ugh. Waste of six dollars on a bad tasting sandwich where the dough wasn’t even cooked through. Also there was nasty green stuff on my wrapper which tells me they’re just cross contaminating to their hearts desire. View all feedback.
It's Dunkin'. My only complaints are that the cashier was not very friendly, and when I asked him where the restroom was, he pointed toward the floor instead of giving me clear directions. I could tell from the sign on the door that I needed to get a key from him, but he didn’t mention it at all. Additionally, there was pesto on our sandwich wrappers and bag, but none of our food actually came with pesto. Everything felt a bit messy.
The place is dirty and there are no public restrooms. The staff is rude, but the prices are reasonable. Despite that, I still find it somewhat acceptable.
Great service! The place is not crowded, and it’s clean and tidy! Just make sure to arrive early for the best selection! A perfect gift for any occasion!
The best Dunkin' around! The manager, Debrah, is truly outstanding, and it reflects in her incredible staff.
You never know what you’re going to get this Dunkin’ and I need to stop rolling the dice. Today was a burnt barely eatable egg and cheese wrap. Go somewhere else.
