On March 20, 2022, at 3:15 PM, I visited this restaurant's drive-thru location, which is conveniently close to my home. Most of the time, the staff member taking my order has been polite but seems robotic in their approach. However, today was a pleasant surprise. Fast service with minimal wait time and an ideal location. The staff consistently demonstrates energy and professionalism.
Excellent place. Great people and great service. They care for every small bit and they care for people. One of colleague had lost and found and they kept so carefully. We enjoyed our good and drinks. But more than that we enjoyed people service and being caring for everyone around us.
Typical starbucks ambiance. But well maintained, clean restrooms. Not sure what time is usually busy. Mornings are ok and fast service. Great staff
I frequently place my orders through the app at this location, and they are consistently quick, even during busy morning hours. However, I do have one concern: they often make the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew incorrectly. It tends to be bitter and lacks flavor. Out of every ten drinks, only about two have the right level of sweetness. I hope they can work on this issue.
The team at this location is so friendly! I have never been disappointed here; they are very fast and I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, even at peak hours. Keep it up!
