Always get a good customer service from this RR location. Came twice in the last 10 days and the second time here, food took a little longer than usual to get out because of short staff that is understandable on the current market. The service was so poor and when we eventually got our food it was cold. They didn't even ask if we wanted more of the supposedly bottomless fries. If you go to the one in bithel don't ask for Mac n jack beer. It tasted like they are still serving from the fist keg ever sold.
