I absolutely adore this restaurant! The selection is incredibly diverse. I ordered a coconut smoothie with extra boba and cream on top, and it was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I tried the Matcha milk tea with boba, and it was my first experience with the matcha flavor. Unfortunately, I didn't find it very enjoyable. The boba also didn't seem very fresh. I wouldn't recommend it. View all feedback.
The Boba place offers excellent service, as the staff truly takes care of their customers. We ordered black bubble tea, and it was ready in just 2 minutes. However, the tea was a bit too sweet for my taste, so it would be nice to have an option to choose the sweetness level. Additionally, I would recommend enhancing the interior design to make the space more inviting.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I arrived, nobody greeted me or offered assistance in making a decision. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable. I requested to add strawberries to my milk tea, but they told me it wasn't possible, even though I noticed they offered a latte with strawberries. Overall, there was a complete lack of customer service. While the drinks were enjoyable, the service significantly tainted my experience. I was left feeling unwelcome and unimportant, and I doubt I'll return after this first visit.
A wonderful menu of options for boba, You can really mix and match as you see fit and then just enjoy. I only had a smoothie this visit but look forward to grabbing food next time.
As of October 2022, I’m reminded once again why this is my favorite bubble tea spot in the area. The drinks are delicious, the boba is just right, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Today, I ordered a strawberry matcha latte and shared that I didn’t want the larger size because of the milk content. The employee kindly suggested I could choose a milk substitute to accommodate any dietary needs. It’s rare to find places that thoughtfully offer milk alternatives, but Boba clearly puts customers first and makes thoughtful recommendations. Also, the new reusable tumblers are super cute!
I'm not impressed with this boba shop. My drink was far too sweet this time, and it gave me terrible heartburn. If you let your drink sit for a while, you'll notice the milk separates from the other ingredients. On the bright side, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I definitely won't be coming back for boba. The boba itself was fresh, but I just can't picture myself returning.
