It was my first time ever eating a cannelé, and Cassonade is a well-known pastry that offers a vegan cannelé (alongside non vegan) and Saint-James. I did love so much the Saint James ! It was a nice discovery. During weekend they also offer vegan pastry with Cerise Verte. I forgot to take picture of the pastry but it was very beautiful too. View all feedback.
