Italiano Naples Catering was established in 1985 by Calabrese and Barese immigrants, Angelo and Laura, who both had a deep-rooted passion for food since childhood. Angelo's family roots in an old southern coastal Italian town centered around seafood, vegetables, and fruits, while Laura's family from an inland southern Italian town relied on breads, pastas, olives, and grapes. Their diverse cultural backgrounds laid the foundation for success in the restaurant business. Following years of experience working with Costa Cruise Lines in Europe, Angelo and Laura decided to bring their expertise to the United States and introduce Enzo's to customers.
