Awesome; another place serving ramen in Bondi. I love a tonkotsu broth. This restaurant is very basic looking, but I don't come here for the decor. The tonkotsu broth is flavoursome filled with ramen noodles and comes with the usual trimmings including char-siu pork, nori, eggs, shallots and sesame seeds and if you like add condiments pickled ginger, chilli oil or powder.
