Went to Misia for lunch with an accountant. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the atmosphere is preppy business people. We ordered the typical fried plate for starter with empanadas arepaehuevo and caribañolas which is a heavy starter but really nice and it came with...four types of sauces. Misia is lovely and nicely decorated. The menu includes all kinds of home-style traditional Colombian dishes by acclaimed chef Leo Espinosa that sound wonderful. I ordered an arepa de huevo which was dry, hard and overdone, so I was very disappointed. I wish it had had round meat filling like they often do in Cartagena. The fresh juices are wonderful. Great place. The atmosphere and the surrounding. Love the music and the open kitchen. The food especially the different Misia's taste delicious. I had a lovely breakfast and was a great start for the day ????
Another successful restaurant by Leo focused on Colombian food. Went for lunch a tried a wide selection of Colombian dishes.
We spent one week in bogota and we ate here almost everydays. Small restaurant very tipical, cheap with AMAZING food and a lot of choices
This restaurant is, as Leo Cocina y Cava, an excellent choice of Colombian cuisine, and in this case available for everyone, good price-value. It is a quiet place, exclenete atmosphere, the food is unmatched, good service and located in an area easily accessible by any...means.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and this restaurant is in the same building so gave it a chance and was surprised. Food excellent quality, very tasty.
