This place is absolutely incredible! Palmetto Bluff is incredible and the Montage is incredible. I visited the Montage Palmetto Bluff for lunch. We decided on the pool side restaurant because it was such a nice day and we wanted to be outside. I ordered the jicama and pineapple salad with mahi-mahi. The salad was incredibly small but tasty. What SCDevsFan doesn't like about Canoe Club Palmetto Bluff:
Esthetically the restaurant is beautiful and well designed but the excellence stops there. Overpriced as everything on the property is, you wouldn’t mind paying if you gut a good meal but none of the 6 of us did. The gumbo was stone cold as were the meatballs; fish entrees were uninspired and the steaks were also cold. It’s too bad because there is massive potential with this venue. View all feedback.
