Very unfriendly stuff, awfull service for the guests visting castle from all over the world. Never felt prejudice before and was shoked to get such experience in such a place. Wanted to get a table received comment that they are fully reserved for tonight (none of the tables were occupied, less than hour till castle to be closed). Our travel agency brought us to dine here, and our travel agency booked the time and number of people very early. So we arrived at the restaurant on time as agreed, but they actually asked us to wait for nearly an hour. ． ． ． ． Okay, we can finally be seated! But when the main course was served, my pork ribs were burnt... When we reported this to the waiter, he just shrugged! The food and hospitality at this restaurant are so poor, I cannot recommend them! !
Terrible food. Chef wishes to give a creative modern dinner with poor and dubious taste result. A great location though with view over the lake and a very high bill.
