We made a priority reservation for our family Christmas dinner using OpenTable, but when we arrived, there were no available tables in the dining room, and we were seated in the bar instead. It’s frustrating to have made a reservation days in advance, only to be disregarded and placed at a small table in the loud, empty bar. I’m not sure we’ll return. View all feedback.
