Sake Sushi is amongst the best in WNC. I ordered the sashimi deluxe $26) which is chef's choice. The salmon and escolar were particularly tender and very fresh. All of the seafood glistened and was vibrant. Very high quality and an excellent price. Sushi is always a work of art but my chef young man with glasses) paid particular attention to detail in regards to the aesthetic of the plate. View all feedback.
