This is one of my favorite restaurants in Bismarck! I have been coming here for years and the service has always been great. The servers are very friendly and quick to refill drinks and clear plates. The food is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend trying their Twin of the Sea, Passion Roll, and Rainbow Roll. Their gyoza and miso soup are also really good. Coming from the North East, the atmosphere is great, but sushi was only ok. Fish quality was fair, rolls were decent, but the fish distribution in each piece was inconsistent. Sashimi was a little slimy and one piece was still partially frozen. Maybe I’m expecting too much for fresh fish in North Dakota but I’ve had better sushi.
