I am very busy and short-staffed, but if I call at 12:45 and they say it will take 40 minutes for 2 Greek salads and an order of hummus, then they should be ready for me when I arrive an hour later. If my order is not ready and I have to wait, they should expedite it, place it on a plate, and get it out to me.
