We passed this hidden gem on our way home. We pulled up and I failed to realize the sign on the door had stated ‘Drive Thru Only’ and my son had already barged in by this point. I tried to head back out so that I could get in the drive thru line and they refused to let me do so. I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a dozen different types of donuts, but they were stale and had bugs in them. I won't be returning. I waited 40 minutes in line, and the staff member at the window was distracted, making random comments instead of focusing on the customers. It would be great to see better training for the staff, improved customer service, and fresher donuts. View all feedback.
