we stayed here on a long trip and were glad to find this place with vegan and gluten-free options. we have huge portions, eating was fast, and we were full of definition. we had rest for 2 days! perfect on a trip. that said eating was okay and seemed healthy, but it was quite tasteless. The food we tried was lacking in flavor and seasoning. The rice and couscous were bland, but the hummus was a standout. The pita bread was thick and dense, not to my personal liking. The main issue was that our chicken kabob was undercooked, which was disappointing. The restaurant did not apologize but simply offered to cook another one for us.
