I don't understand why you can still smoke in a restaurant. It is a half-open winter garden but without ventilation, and there were three cheroot smokers at the regulars' table. Just behind the wall is the kitchen, with its powerful extractor. Incomprehensible to me, a shame for the good food that is served here.
